ways I serve my Sellers. By taking into consideration
recent real estate transactions of properties that are
similar, the analysis will provide a price range that
allows Sellers to make informed decisions.
Where we live, every property is unique and there are
certain factors that are within our control, and other
factors beyond our control, when it comes to setting a
list price. Those factors within our control are
appearance, marketing and price. Factors outside our
control are location, size and amenities. It is
important to accept the factors we can't change and
focus on preparation and pricing.
